This week was packed with productive meetings, technical challenges, and a bit of fun!
On the projects side, the Fresk project still moves forward, working on the board, storytelling, and pitch. And some progress to the underlying research paper too, working on performance figures, references, and illustrations.. and looking for an arXiv endorser. Comms wise, got a few more projects published.
And for the tech development bits, some heavy work and focus on deploying FastAPI and implementing guardrails(ai). In parallel in the h2020 world, I also got to deploy a bot on fly.io (not so tought, maybe a good time to try something else than heroku), updated DD3.14, did a piece of peer review, and pushed some fresh thoughts on the iso tool efficiency.
Hardware-wise, I received and tested the FT600 boards — though some bugs popped up, requiring troubleshooting. I also got the SDR / MSI-based boards, and there is still a bit of work there as The current board does not allow for an onboard TGC control.
Back on with socials, couple of catch-up lunches, including one with crepes with Seb, and another with the brother. And a couple of calls with PF and IB to seek some places where to contribute, and got a long due call with EG. And then wrapped up the week celebrating Jojo’s birthday and attending a nice fanfare session at Alimentation Générale.
