The PROBONO Assistant

Large projects generate large sets of information, which can be difficult to query. We can have a basic tool to find information from a project memory, and help find and summarize information quickly, transprently, and reliably.

Challenge: The PROBONO project generates a large number of public and private deliverables. There is a large number of participants, which are often looking for information but can’t surface it easily. Newcomers also wish for an easy onboarding interface to get up to speed on past works.

Pain relief: Creation of a user-friendly chatbot, based on Chainlit, with authentification and possibly telemetry. It includes the possibility to have an API to query the bot.

Results: The user is given access to a ChatGPT-like tool, that helps them ask questions in a natural language manner, and allows them to both find answers to their questions but also points them to a number of documents relevant to know more.
